Cancellation Fees

    For Domestic Programs:

    • Up to 20 calendar days before departure: No penalties.
    • 19 to 11 calendar days before departure: 50% of the deposit.
    • 10 or fewer days before departure: 100% of the total price.

    For International Programs (Land Transport or No Transport Included):

    • Up to 30 calendar days before departure: No penalties.
    • 29 to 15 calendar days before departure: 50% of the deposit.
    • 14 or fewer calendar days before departure: 100% of the total price.

    For Flight Programs:

    • Up to 55 calendar days before departure: No penalties.
    • 54 to 35 calendar days before departure: 50% of the deposit.
    • 34 to 20 calendar days before departure: 100% of the deposit.
    • 19 or fewer days before departure: 100% of the total price.
