You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the return shipper. However, in many cases, refunds are processed more quickly. This time frame includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper,
- 3 to 5 business days to process your return once received, and
- 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
If we need to refund a payment made by card for contracted or delivered goods/services, the refund will be issued as a credit transaction to the card used for the original purchase.
